School Meals
Children enjoy lunchtime together in the school hall, creating a welcoming and sociable dining experience for everyone. To accommodate the needs of younger pupils, children in Reception and Key Stage 1 begin their lunch break slightly earlier than those in Key Stage 2.
Parents can easily order school meals in advance using the SwiftKitchen app and have the flexibility to choose hot meals as often or as little as they wish. All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to free school meals. As all pupils dine together in the hall, there is no distinction between children having a hot meal and those bringing a packed lunch.
Our school meals are provided by Aspens and are freshly prepared each morning at St Cuthbert’s Junior School in Wells before being delivered to us for lunchtime service.
